The 20-year-old pre-med student at Wayne State University in Michigan died unexpectedly June 15th, just two months after her last vaccine dose. Rumors circulated quick that the vaccine caused her death. The speculation is understandable given the lack of a stated cause.
Hadley was excited to do her part to end the pandemic. She was earnestly interested in helping others, and it’s true she got both doses of the COVID vaccine.
Hadley was fit and active. She was a lovely girl. A shining star. She had the brightest of futures, and her life was taken way too soon. My heart goes out to her family.

Hadley was not afraid to speak up when she noticed injustice or bias of any sort. She founded a group called “Students against Medical Racism” at Wayne State University, where she was studying to become a physician. She started this organization to shed light on tough topics such as medical racism in a fun easy going way.
Hadley is said to have been a social butterfly with a magnetic personality. Her personality lit up a room. She was the type of person who had never met a stranger. She joined many causes, fought for equality, and had friends all over the world.
Hadley’s Mother Colleen Writes:
“It’s difficult to sum up Hadley’s beauty, quick-wittedness, and wonderful personality into just a few sentences. Everyone knew when Hadley walked into a room. Anyone who met her experienced her electricity and was drawn to it. She lived a full lifetime in her 20 years. Hadley was a social butterfly, making friends from every walk of life all around the world. She would talk to anyone and everyone, anywhere, at any time. She was magnetic.
We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Hadley: how to fight injustice, how to be loyal, how to laugh, and most of all, how to have fun. Hadley is now in a wonderful place where she will be socialising, dancing, and making new friends. Laughter, love, and fun guaranteed. She was deeply loved and will be missed by many. Fly high butterfly.”
Whatever caused this young woman’s death, we should not stay silent. Sealed lips do destroy.

Your response is very rude, but just to let you know I did initially write that Hadley died of a drug overdose, included screenshots of family members comments, however was harassed to remove all that information. A young person like Hadley dying of an overdose is beyond heartbreaking, and it should not be something hidden–who knows, honestly looking at this issue could help someone.
