A Dad on X Shares Baby Died of SIDS Just Days After 2 Month Vaccinations
A father named Jonathan Bowen (@BostonByBirth) on X has shared the story of how his 2 month old son died days after vaccines on April 15, 2017. It took him a while to realize the vaccines are the most logical cause of his son’s death. I can imagine it would be hard to go against what the doctors and medical examiners say to vulnerable parents in this tragic situation, who unjustifiably deny an association with vaccines, when it’s the most likely culprit.
Here is Jonathan’s story in his own words:
“My son, John Charles “J.C.” Bowen suffered a SIDS-related event on April 15th, 2017; he’d be 7-years-old today.
Since his death, I’ve been in mourning.
I’ve racked my brain, over and over, in an effort to understand the reason or reasons behind his death.
I initially blamed the pressurization of air cabins within commercial flights, and, yes, I think that could’ve contributed to his death, he’d just flown out to Cleveland, Ohio to meet his maternal grandparents, but I’d ignored the reality that he had just received, days before his SIDS-related event, the full schedule of immunizations for a two-month-old.
The number of vaccinations required at the two-month doctor’s appointment is, honestly, breathtaking…
- Hepatitus B (Hep B) – 2nd Dose
- Rotavirus (RV) – 1st Dose
- Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Acellular Pertussis (DTap) – 1st Dose
- Haemophilus Influenzae, Type B (Hib) – 1st Dose
- Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV15, PCV20) – 1st Dose
- Inactivated Poliovirus (IPV: <18 yrs) – 1st Dose
I’ve been sitting on my opinion for years because I thought that the anti-vaccine movement, led by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, was a bit crazy.
My opinion has changed because my opinion of RFK, Jr. has changed and, more importantly, there has been a study that has recently been released which has shown some conclusive proof that vaccines and SIDS are linked but, as you might imagine, it’s been suppressed.
When I learned that bonuses and enhanced fees were paid to pediatricians for vaccinations, I was shocked.
I am blatantly politicizing my son’s death because I don’t want other parents to go through the same nightmare that my wife and I have gone through. I want Donald Trump ) to win.
If Donald wins, we may get RFK, Jr. in Donald’s administration. I want JFK, Jr. to get some answers from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
I love the combination of Make America Great Again (MAGA) and Make America Healthy Again (MAHA).
The image of my son, J.C., was taken the day before his SIDS-related event; he was a healthy baby.”

How do vaccines cause SIDS?
If you are new around here, let me explain how I think vaccines cause SIDS. Vaccines cause low hemoglobin, and this low hemoglobin causes hypoxia and hypoxemia, and this is what causes SIDS. This is why vaccines can affect each infant differently. An infant with a lower baseline hemoglobin would be more vulnerable to the potential effects of vaccines on hemoglobin, than infants with a higher baseline hemoglobin.
For example, premature infants, African American infants, 2-4 month old infants, and infants exposed to secondhand smoking all have lower average hemoglobin. These are all incidentally risk factors for SIDS.
So yes, vaccines can cause SIDS, but because vaccines are not the only thing that lowers hemoglobin, vaccines are not required to cause SIDS, and explains why some infants die of SIDS without vaccination (because some infants have a lot of these SIDS “risk factors” which is just another way of saying low hemoglobin. And some infants have no “risk factors” but were recently vaccinated (causing low hemoglobin).)
Does flying in an airplane affect hemoglobin?
The cabin air pressure in a commercial airplane is pressurized to match the air pressure at 2,500 meters, which can cause the body’s gasses to expand and lead to less oxygen in the blood. This is called hypoxemia. If you have a hemoglobin level below 8 g/dL, you should consult with your doctor before flying. Therefore, yes, flying in a place can lower hemoglobin.
What is physiologic anemia?
After birth, an infant’s hemoglobin drops in total concentration as the body is shifting from fetal hemoglobin to adult hemoglobin. The nadir or lowest point in hemoglobin occurs around 9-12 weeks for a full term infants, and at 6-10 weeks for a premature infant. The value of hemoglobin at the nadir is around 11.2 g/dL for full term infants and 9.4 g/dL for premature infants.
How do vaccines affect hemoglobin?
A 1989 study and a 1991 study by Olivares looked at the post-vaccine hemoglobin values of healthy 12 month old infants after a single measles vaccine. Authors found:
Hemoglobin concentration decreased significantly by days 9 and 14. The decrease was greater than 1.0 g/dL in 8.6% and greater than 0.6 in 24.3% of the infants. Of the nonanemic infants, 22% became anemic. Serum iron and percentage saturation of transferrin decreased, whereas serum ferritin increased significantly.
This is the cause of SIDS. Read more.
